You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of an order consisting of several goods, the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the model cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Please contact us before returning the goods by email or telephone. We will provide you with a free return label where applicable and inform you of the relevant return information.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged for return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of cancellation does not apply in particular to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of cancellation also does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Further statutory exceptions to the right of cancellation remain unaffected.
