Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded through the online shop of DONKEY FIREWOOD LTD between the seller and consumers or businesses.

Any differing or additional terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.

Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.

3.2 By clicking the button to place an order with an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

3.3 After receiving the order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

3.4 The purchase contract is concluded through a separate order confirmation or through dispatch of the goods.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in British pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT.

Unless otherwise stated during the ordering process, delivery is free of charge within the applicable delivery area.

The available payment method is Bank Transfer (BACS).

Payment must be made within 3 working days. Order processing and preparation will begin after receipt of payment.

Delivery

Delivery takes place after receipt of payment to the delivery address provided by the customer within the stated delivery time.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Retention of Title

Until full payment has been received, the delivered goods remain the property of DONKEY FIREWOOD LTD.

Right of Cancellation

Consumers have the statutory right to cancel their purchase. Details of this can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights applicable in the United Kingdom apply.

In the event of a defect, the customer initially has the statutory rights available to them, including repair or replacement where applicable.

Liability

Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, as well as liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, remains unaffected.

Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration or alternative dispute resolution body, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Scotland, subject to mandatory statutory rights applicable to consumers.

Where the customer is a business, the courts of Scotland shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
